Jeremy Lundevall, CPhT

Jeremy started working for an independent pharmacy in Sandy, Utah as a clerk at the age of 15. He quickly became passionate about pharmacy and loved to observe the owner of that pharmacy do some compounding on the back counter.

He worked there for several years until that location sold to a chain store. Shortly after that Jeremy started working for two more independents in the SLC, Utah area that had a focus on compounding.

With a desire to focus on compounding, Jeremy was introduced to PCCA (www.pccarx.com) in Houston, Texas. He was sent off for some training and wanted nothing more than to work for them.

He joined PCCA as a workflow consultant and shortly after that started working in Houston teaching the hands on courses for all PCCA members.

Working in a lab day to day was something that was missing for Jeremy. He joined with an amazing pharmacy in Peoria, Arizona and quickly loved being back in a pharmacy setting.

Fast forward a few more years and more goals to achieve he was looking for partnership. Joining Ladd Family Pharmacy provided that in 2015 and the rest is history.

Jeremy has been married for more than 20 years and has 3 amazing kids. They all love the outdoors (especially in the summer months) and taking road trips together.

Maria Clark, CPhT

Maria Clark, CPhT

I moved to Mtn. Home when my father was stationed here, with the Air Force, in 1980-1987 and again in 1990. Then just stayed here.
I enjoy the outdoors. Camping, fishing, and 4X4 rock crawling, with my family, when we can.

Books are my escape when I can't get away.

My husband and I chose to stay in Mtn. Home and raise our animals and 2 daughters, where we have the benefit of family, friends and are surrounded good people.

I have been a pharmacy technician for 12 years and a mom for 20 years.

I am grateful for the opportunity to serve the community I love.
